If you’d like to start therapy with me, please submit an email enquiry or use the Contact Me link to get in touch. Let me know when you might be free for an introductory chat!

• I will then invite you to an introductory call so we can meet and you can ask any questions you might have about me and the therapy.

• I will offer recommendations from my professional network if helpful or schedule an intake appointment if we decide to work together.

• You will be sent over a welcome pack to read and sign. We will go through all aspects of paperwork together in our first session too.

• You will receive appointment confirmations with payment instructions included and automatic receipts.
